Beautiful and modern house located in Lomas de San Blas in the heart of Surf City just 4k away from El Tunco beach. Cozy and fully equipped with A/C, 24/7 security and easy access to the beach where you can take a surf lesson or release turtles in nearby nurseries. Don't you want to cook? You will find a variety of nearby restaurants, many of them with delivery service. You know what else is awesome? The house is fully controlled by Alexa! You can turn on/off lights, the fan and much more. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our stay, we have the following environments available to you: - 1 master bedroom with A/C and his own bathroom with shower - 2 rooms each with A/C and are connected by 1 bathroom with shower - Equipped kitchen with pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, mugs, dish soap and sponge, coffee maker, microwave, bowls, kitchen utensils and 4 burner electric stove - Living room with a bathroom - Laundry room - BBQ area - Private pool and jacuzzi (the jacuzzi water is room temperature) - 1 TV in the living room

Brand new house with all you need to spend a good time there. El Tunco and Puerto La Libertad are pretty close to this house. We loved it

Beautiful property, we didn’t get the chance to try the jacuzzi, the guard at the gate didn’t gave us instructions of how find the property and the streets aren’t signposted so we had to go back to ask where the property was, the place itself is beautiful and you feel right at home, playa El Tunco is near by, just plan ahead going out the property because after 10:00pm no one is allowed to get back in until 4:00 am early morning. Paola was responsive and very attentive, I didn’t get to meet her but was nice be able to stay in her property. Thank you for your hospitality!
Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos, instrucciones claras, el lugar muy comodo, el jacuzzi un exito!! Lo recomiendo, todo en la casa estaba en orden, solo faltaría un aire en la zona de la sala pero por lo demás todo perfecto.
