I had a great stay at Fabian's place - the location was perfect for walking to the University and the free on street parking was really helpful. The room and bathroom are nice and private, the bed was very comfortable and it felt very homely. Although I didn't meet Fabian, his messages were friendly, he was responsive to my messages and he gave clear instructions. I would definitely stay here again if I need to visit the university.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabian's, he was really friendly and helpful, letting us use the washing machine and dryer, making lots of great recommendations, even making us a bowl of chips! Great internet and Fabian was helpful in getting us a table and chair into the room so that my partner was able to work from the air b and b. Would really recommend staying with Fabian who was really flexible and a great host!
