Down a nice picturesque country road you will arrive at Hiwassee Acres and our newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom town home. Each upstairs bedroom is spacious with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other with views of the beautiful fields in front of the unit. The whole villa has recently been remodeled for your enjoyment. Downstairs, is the living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and the second bathroom.

Was my second trip back to this location. Had a great time taking the kayaks down the river and then resting in the hot tub later in the evening. Such a quiet and relaxing location.

Kathi did a great job hosting. She was attentive and responsive. It was quite cold when I was there, but the heating system kept things toasty inside. The bed was comfortable, which is kind of rare when you stay at a new place overnight. It was quiet; there was no highway noise, which was refreshing. One of the things I most appreciated was the cleanliness of the place. It is listed as "pet friendly," but I didn't see any evidence that a pet had ever been in the place. A great place to get away.

We are located 30 minutes from Cleveland and Athens TN and 45 minutes from the Chattanooga Airport. Even though we are out in the country, we are only 15 minutes from I-75. Ocoee River rafting is only 45 minutes away, four wineries nearby, horseback riding 30 minutes away and so much more!!
Since we are in the country, we highly recommend you purchase your food before arriving. The closest grocery store, Piggly Wiggly, is 15 minutes away.
