Located in the historic Old City Quarter, near downtown, this quiet, detached 2 bedroom cottage has french doors that open onto a lovely, private garden patio. Within an easy walk are great restaurants, cafes, groceries and the downtown centre and waterfront parks and walks. Clean and well designed for living, this 2 bedroom garden cottage also has a comfortable pull-out bed in the living room, a king-size bed in the master brdrm, and queen bed in 2nd brdrm. Kitchen and bathroom are clean and well supplied.

The place was great. There was lots of natural light in the space, a lovely garden and comfy beds. The Host's and their cat were very friendly and welcoming, would come back again.

Eric's place was really clean and tidy! It was also quite and private. we liked the interiors too. It would be perfect for a couple or a small family. Eric is the perfect host too! He gave us clear instructions and directions. Highly recommended!

The Old City Quarter is a wonderful, friendly neighbourhood full of old, heritage and character houses. We are very close to great restaurants, cafes, groceries, and the great shopping and waterfront of downtown.
Also close to VIU, the Aquatic Centre for pool and gym, ice and curling rinks, and beautiful parks and walks.
If you want to stay in the city centre, you can pretty much go anywhere by foot.
Otherwise, car is the best way of getting around to access other parts of the city and island.
