A great place to stay. A wonderful house with everything you need and more. Really clean, well equipped, great for 4 people or more (if they are infants). About 10 minutes from the beach but you have a heated salty pool right there as well. I recommend the place 100% and of course would love to stay here again.

Communication was top-notch. Facility was as-described and the more full time residents were friendly. We picked tbe location for its proximity to the thinfs we had planned and we always got to come back to “our place” and settle down. If there was a fault, the fitness area while acceptable is quite small and once we had guests in the unit above their footsteps were heavy. My two boys (8, 11) absolutely LOVED the beds and even with the school nearby, it was very quiet and peaceful well past 9am. The salt water pool is very shallow (4-4.5ft max) but because of that it was 87 degrees. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I had a fabulous stay. Apartment was immaculate and had a lovely beach themed decor throughout. A great size and just as described. So many useful extras available (laundry detergent, kitchen towel, mini toiletries, beach towels, hair dryers and so much more) which made it feel like a home from home without the owners personal belongings around! Pool was lovely and warm with plenty of loungers and chairs available. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Clearwater area, but would say a car is a requirement. Thank you Victor & JV for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at Victors Place during a work trip. This place is lovely! It was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was super warm! The area was quiet. Even on the weekend. Close to so many restaurants and stores. And only about 2 miles to Clearwater beach, with very little traffic to get there! I’ll definitely be booking this again when I am in town for work or vacation! Highly recommend!!!!!!
