The private pool is filled with natural spring water and is a perfect refreshment for a day under the Mediterranean sun. The contrast to nature is provided by the futuristic-designed villa. It is particularly pleasant because the building is elevated, and a cool breeze alleviates the daytime heat. The accommodation on the ground floor includes a toilet, an open kitchen with a living room featuring glass sliding doors providing access to the pool, garden, and terrace. A spiral staircase leads you to the three spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and also a balcony. Continuing up the spiral staircase takes you to the roof. The view from all rooms is breathtaking. We would like to add that the location of the house is an earthquake resistant area and that this house is built safely to withstand earthquakes and is resistant to such natural influences.
