Wow, where do I begin. Ok, one of my BIGGEST issues is creepy crawlies in the house. This house had absolutely no bugs at all. Furniture is so comfortable, David does not skimp on comfort. You can watch the sunrise come up over the ocean and in the evening, you can go to the front balcony to watch the sunset. Top quality appliances, very clean. was able to easily cook up a few dinners. Bathrooms are very new, all are beautiful. The 1/2 bath really impressed me, beautiful. Your vehicle stays in a garage. neighborhood is quiet. if you want peace and quiet, beautiful views inside and out. very few people on the beach. If you're looking for some fun, there is plenty a few miles down the road. Thank you David for sharing your beach house with us. You won't be sorry renting this place. We hope to see you next year!

Please don’t overthink it and just book this place! You will be so happy you did! This property was worth every penny! We stayed for about a week. The only things we had trouble with were our own faults. Like we did not realize we were trying to park in the wrong garage the entire time. The house is perfect. Pristine, modern, comfortable, and very minimalistic. Very child friendly! The perfect amount of space for a short or long stay. There is glassware, pots, pans, and everything you need available. The view, the ease, no better beach stay! We would absolutely love to stay again and we would in a heart beat! While remote there is grocery and restaurants 5 minutes away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in David’s home. It was so serene and peaceful to even just sit on the couch with the sliding doors open. We have all talked about booking later in the year again! Thanks for a great stay!

House was nice. Beach was quiet and clean!
