This place was really good for us so close to the wedding and was also very spacious for 5 of us. The heating was also amazing as it was really cold and it was so nice heated!

My partner, a few friends, and I stayed here over the weekend for a friend's wedding nearby. The place was spacious and even nicer than in the photos. The surrounding property was beautiful and I very much enjoyed going for my morning run and doing some earthing. My partner and I also enjoyed a large hot bath at the end of the day which was lovely. Thanks Jay!

The place was much more spacious than the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. However, when I turned on the heater, the noise was too loud. The heater noise was so loud that it was even difficult to have a conversation. Without the heater on, the house is too cold because it is large. There is only hand sanitizer, and there are no amenities in the bathroom. There is also no hairdryer available. There is no dishwasher and no Wi-Fi, so please take note. I also can hear the noise of cars on the highway very clearly.

I need to start by stating that Jay was a lovely host - friendly and responsive to all queries. Unfortunately, it felt like we were staying in the house that they were currently building, that they ran out of money and then hired it out on AirBnB to fund its completion. I note that we can no longer find this property on AirBnb since we checked in. There were empty TV mounts in bedrooms, an undersized bed in master bedroom, lights/ fan switches on outside of ensuite, foam expansion filler bulging out of cracks and crevices, we couldn't open the beautiful bi-fold doors, the TV could not be watched unless you watched Google TV and streamed using your own data. When I enquired, I was told it was an area with poor service. As I grew up in the area and have relatives less than 1 km away that have wifi and full TV options, I felt this was a poor response. The highway is close and noisy - particularly at night. Overall, it was pleasant, but slightly disappointing for the money spent.
