The place was perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to fit a big family. The even provided beach folding chairs for the roof balcony. Plus coffee, creamer and sugar packs. My only recommendation is to add the condo’s number in the back doors where the lock is for easy finding. Other than that, everything was perfect for us.

We had a last minute property change due to maintenance issues. Originally booked an 8 bedroom duplex and was asked to move to a 4bedroom single due to maintenance issues. The new property worked well for our group, but was changed the day before and we had originally hoped to have more room for our elderly guests. James was communicative throughout the whole process. We did have problems checking in because the cleaning crew locked the bottom lock and the keypad only worked for the top lock. So we had to wait an hour to get inside, but James was as communicative as possible on this as well. Overall the place was great, very clean, and easy to find. I would recommend the property should have some bowls and microwavable plates as all the plastic plates and cups were not able to be microwaved.

Very clean, easy check in, and great communication. James was quick to respond. Can host large groups with great space and amenities - cookware, utensils, towels, camping chairs.. anything you’ll need! Great stay, no complaints!
