The unit is situated on the top level, giving you a view of the golf course and the sea on both sides. The bedroom has a queen bed and a sleepout couch in the living room for a spare person. Essentials are provided, such as a hot water heater, a washer and dryer, and cooking facilities. The building is equipped with a generator should a power outage happen. The pool is on the lower level of the building and a free shuttle bus around the complex "comet" runs 30 minutes to an hourly from the entrance of the Newcoast towards the keyhole.  Inside the complex is a 7 Eleven store for your convenience which is open 24/7. If you have a penchant for steak then Wolfgang's Steakhouse is the place. Oliver's shrimp shack, Belmont and Savoy cafe, SaQanto,Sugba de Boracay offers an array of food choices for everybody. The Newcoast private beach is 10-15mins walk from the unit or just catch a HoHo bus or the free shuttle bus to take you there. Citymall and Robinsons mall is around 10-15mins. Other beaches you can explore which is close by is the Puka beach, Ilig Iligan, DinIwid. D'mall and Stations 1,2,3 are about 20min bus ride.
