Gorgeous spacious light-filled Orange home, with lovely renovations, new kitchen and bathrooms and inbuilt robes. Filled with character. Will be even more fabulous with a few more soft furnishings eg rugs, cushions. Heating kept the autumn chills away. We’ll be back. Thanks
We cannot recommend this place enough! It was clean, a home away from home and was so close to amazing restaurants and cafes. The area was so peaceful and wow- the backyard was huge. It provided a great space to read a book and have an afternoon wine. Book Regional were so transparent and pro-active. They were always available and provided clear communication. Between the location, beautiful house and great communication we will definitely stay here again!

Our area is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience the best of Orange. This quiet residential neighborhood is conveniently located near all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants that make Orange such a wonderful place to visit.
In the neighbourhood, you'll find several parks such as Cook Park and Elephant Park to enjoy a morning walk or picnic, and there are also plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Our top picks for your morning coffee are Byng St Cafe, Anything Grows and Omar Academy Coffee which are all within a 10 minutes walk.
Pellegrinis Italian, Birdie, Raku Izakaya and The Union Bank are all a short walk from the home and are incredible restaurants. 'The Sonic' - home to Jumbled and Gather Cafe are also close by for your shopping fix and a bite to eat.
Some of our best vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5-10 minutes by car. Phillip Shaw being the closest at only a 5 minutes drive away.
