We only stayed one night but the apartment was very clean with new-ish furniture and well-kept. The street was reasonably quiet for being downtown and beds were comfortable with decent bedding. The only negative was a shortage of towels (no kitchen dish towels and only 3 large bath towels with no hand towels). The location was good for downtown activities and had several restaurants within a few block's walk. There's also a Whole Foods only one block away which is convenient. You will find homeless people in the area including on the same street, but we did not feel unsafe, and that is more indicative of downtown Indi than anything to do with this AirBnb. I'd stay here again.

The cleaning fee being more than the unit per night, is ridiculous. $80 a night but I paid more than $230 for 1 night. For that price , book a hotel. The bed upstairs was NOT comfortable and the sheets felt very cheap. Parking is great. I found a spot right in front of my unit. Great for unloading your car. Unfortunately the public has access to you. Me and my guest sat outside to enjoy the weather multiple times during our stay and each time 1 or more persons(men) approached us. Making us very uncomfortable. While we where unpacking in the living room a man almost walked in the unit through the patio door. If your looking to cook breakfast or maybe a little dinner during your stay, pick another place. There was 1 medium pot & 2 skillets. No seasoning, not even salt n pepper. Good thing there was a old packet of plastic utensils that had salt n pepper packets for our eggs. Plenty of coffee and coffee cups. The bathroom was clean and I loved how deep the tub was.
