Lovely house in a peaceful neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants on 8th street, including Hattie B's. About 10 min drive to Vanderbilt, 15 min. to downtown. The house has a very spacious, airy feel. The living room has a high ceiling, all the way up to the second floor. Kitchen is very well appointed, and the pantry and closets were well stocked. The master bedroom downstairs has a bathroom attached, as does the main bedroom upstairs. There are 2 additional rooms upstairs which share a bathroom. It was very enjoyable to explore the different places to sit and relax--the upstairs sitting area, the enclosed porch, the outside seating, and the living room also. The place was very clean and has an upscale feel throughout. Parking is a bit tricky--but there is availability for 2 cars. The host was very responsive. Answers to our queries came within minutes.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and welcoming. We enjoyed the large gathering area for our family get together. The location was fantastic-a short walk to many favorite coffee shops, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this home and will definitely come back when we are in Nashville!

We were in Nashville for our daughter’s wedding. Hosted her, our son and partner at the house. It was great. Beautiful inside and out. Host was highly responsive. Location is perfect

Beautiful home! Amazing kitchen. Very comfortable for large groups. Close enough to all attractions so Uber rides were not too expensive! Highly recommend!
