Ample natural light and a gentle breeze will lull you into calmness during the day and at night. In case, you prefer cooler temperatures then you can utilize the air-conditioners installed in every rooms of the villa. An inverter is installed to take care of basic needs in case of a power failure. The villa has three levels: Ground level, First level and Second level. Ground level: The ground floor has a beautiful Private Swimming Pool with an attached deck, a lawn and outdoor seating. This space is the perfect way to spend your evening in Summer Breeze Villa. Beautiful lighting, cool breeze, soothing music, wonderful company and seating for up to 16 guests. The sun set is majestic from the huge deck. You can enjoy sitting around our small yet beautiful garden and partake in a plethora of games. The area can comfortable seat up to 16 people. Exclusive parking inside the Villa compound is available which can easily accommodate upto 2 cars. Inside the Villa, the ground floor consists of a sitting area with board games. Games such as: Jenga, Playing Cards etc. are readily available.Carrom Board can be set up anywhere in the entire Villa. First Level: This level houses the Air Conditioned Living Room, Kitchen and a bedroom with attached washroom. An open kitchen and dining area perfectly complement one another, such that conversations and fun always continue for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a water purifier, and an stove. Basic cooking utensils can be found within the kitchen cupboards along with cutlery and crockery such as plates, glasses, spoons, forks etc. The Living Room consists of extremely comfortable sofas with a center table and TV. We have a Air Conditioned bed room with attached wash room on the First Level. The washroom has a boiler geyser (which takes at least 15 minutes to boil) for hot water. Towels, Napkins,Toiletries like Shower Gel, Shampoo, shall be provided. Second Level: This Level has 3 Air conditioned bed rooms with attached wash rooms. The washrooms have a boiler geyser (which takes at least 15 minutes to boil) for hot water. Towels, Napkins, Toiletries like Shower Gel, Shampoo shall be provided. P.S. Please note that the we do have a lift in the Villa which is working, guests can use the same. Some ways we ensure that our guests are looked after:  Exclusive parking allotted for guests at the Villa – 2 parking slots  The Villa is secured with CCTV cameras outside the Villa  Inverter in case of power failure to provide basic electricity needs  Functional kitchen which includes a refrigerator, a water purifier, a stove and is equipped with basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.  Housekeeping: A private housekeeper will be available on call to look after all housekeeping requirements  Quality Bed Mattresses, Fresh Linens, Fresh Towels along with a toiletry set consisting of shower gel and shampoo will be available for all rooms  If required, guests above 8 in nos. will be provided with a floor mattress, fresh linen, a quilt, a pillow and a fresh towel. The Villa can accommodate upto 16 guests. The pricing upto 9 guests remain the same. Above 9 guests, the per person pricing is 1000 plus taxes per person per night. The guests are hence requested to select the exact no. of guests while making the reservation on Airbnb. Please note that there are few wardrobes in the Villa that are locked. Be assured that every room have at least 1 open wardrobe. Donalds, Dominos, and more.
