The unit consists of three apartments which are part of a complex of six total apartments. The first apartment at your disposal was created to accommodate a couple. Simply furnished and functional, it has a comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom and equipped kitchen. The second apartment consists of a double bedroom, a sofa/bed for two, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has all the most functional amenities including an equipped kitchen, bathroom, television, the necessary for tidying up, air conditioning and private parking. The last apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is inside the double bedroom. Outside we find a comfortable veranda equipped with a worktop with attached sink and washing machine, and a small stone fountain on the other side.

The Marina of Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to pebble beaches, to coastal hiking trails. The area has two main beaches with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area, you can find kiosks that offer food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias, and two supermarkets. The main village of Tertenia is 10/15 minutes by car and here you will find all the remaining services such as ATM, gas station, post office, and additional restaurants and supermarkets.
It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorbike for the absence of public transport.
