Molly was a great host. She was friendly and very responsive. The space was clean and cozy with everything we needed for the weekend. Very centrally based, easy to get to anywhere from her place and a cute neighborhood. Would love to stay there again.

Talk about a home away from home! Molly adds such hospitality and a welcoming vibe to her home. This place is in an excellent location, private, & comfy home away from home type of feel. It was warm, quiet and clean. The bed was so cozy and even had warmers to keep the bed warm if needed. Crack open your bottle of wine and snuggle next to the fireplace! I will definitely stay here again. Private entrance, coffee maker, free parking and downtown Ferndale so close! Thank you Molly for everything!

Mollys place was just lovely! Clean, comfy, definitely cozy, and very private. I never felt as though I was actually in someone's basement. It was far too chilly to enjoy the outdoor oasis. Maybe I'll go back when it's a bit warmer to enjoy those amenities! Though it's really not set up for much longer than a weekend stay in terms of kitchen amenities (it does have the necessities), I would still stay longer anyway, as Molly's space was very relaxing and peaceful :)

Our stay in Ferndale was excellent. We felt right at home at Molly's place. It was within walking distance (~15min) to many local eateries and shops in a warm and welcoming neighborhood. We appreciated Molly's responsiveness during our stay and would recommend it to an individual and/or couple looking to stay in the area!

Our stay was very nice, very comfortable and felt like home, many nice touches. It would have been great to have a little pan to heat water in the toaster oven and a place to sit if we wanted to have a meal there.
