We were in town for a graduation the weekend of May 11, 2024. The Airbnb was conveniently located on the north end of Eureka and near the waterfront of the historic Old Town. Our room was clean and nicely decorated providing a lovely and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The continental breakfast consisted of fresh fruit and pastries promptly at 6 a.m. each morning. An electric kettle in the room provided hot water for instant coffee and teas that were provided. The room also included a microwave oven. The private side yard entry was a plus allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host respected our privacy, but was always available if needed. There was plenty of street parking out front. House rules are clearly printed on the door. The hosts are 420 friendly and provided a delightful side garden with a comfortable seating area for such. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Tom & Kath's place, considered it as great value, and would stay here again.

Tom & Kath's is a nice place for two people. The queen bed was very comfortable and the space was quiet. We had three people and it was a little cramped and the futon will not win any comfort awards. Tom & Kath were very nice and responsive. Our stay was a positive experience and we would recommend.
