Beautiful Neighborhood but place was filthy. I do not recommend. It’s sits in heavily wooded area so bugs everywhere. It’s a pool house that you’re staying in which is surrounded by trees with NO curtains so at night I could only imagine. We walked in & looked around for 15 mins and left. My daughter & I did not feel comfortable or safe at this place. The pool was disgusting. Had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. We did see empty chlorine bottles & what not sitting next to a pile of what’s believed to be junk next to the pool but you could CLEARLY see it had not been cleaned. Huge spiders & webs on & next to the pool. Pool was brown & a tint of green with some blue. I did take exit videos & pictures of the unit & pool just for security purposes. I can prove everything I’m saying. Do not book here until they clean up. The pictures on this app are not reality as of yesterday. The unit it self had no junk (inside) just the outside/pool area BUT it still needed a deep cleaning ins

This location was amazing. The neighborhood was outstanding. Finding the place was difficult. the address did not match the number at the road. Once we got back to the location it was dark and we were not even 100% sure we were at the right spot. There were stairs with no lights. There were lights there just not turned on. This was a safety issue. The place only has blinds on the windows facing the main house while all other windows have no blinds or curtains. This was a big privacy concern as the bed is in the main room you can see into. The place overall could use a deep cleaning. The place wasn't filthy but not sparkling clean. It wouldn't take a lot for this place to be amazing, especially with the pool directly out the front door. I was disappointed but with some minor improvements I could see recommending this place.
