Beautiful, peaceful, convenient to restaurants, shopping and parks. My family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully decorated house. The location was perfect - very close to Marietta Square where they have restaurants, shops and a local farmer's market on Saturday. The layout of the house worked great for us: 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and 2 amazing bedroom suites each with their own kitchen and private bathrooms downstairs. The main kitchen is large with beautiful appliances. The outdoor space was amazing - large, beautiful fenced-in backyard with fire pit, which we did enjoy. The neighborhood was very quiet. There is an open deck with table and chairs and BBQ grill. There is also a screened in porch that has large seating area, ceiling fan and TV. The host was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of wine and cookies waiting for us. Just perfect. Everyone in our party of 8 said they would stay here again!

Thank you, Brian for an awesome stay! My family of six was in town for a Brave’s baseball game and we were looking to stay within 15 minutes of the Truist stadium so that made this house perfect. We had plenty of room for all six of us including our four dogs. Brian was awesome to work with! His response time was usually five minutes or less, and he answered any questions that I had very promptly. The house was lovely with many modern updates. I especially liked the automatic lighting in certain areas that made it easier to get around at night. The backyard was fenced so perfect for our doggies, but also fun and inviting for us as well since there was a built in fire pit! I only wish we could’ve spent more time there! I would definitely recommend it.
