Five stars to Shane and Maru on communication and friendliness! We asked for an extra blanket and it was dropped off within hours! Also, the location of the apartmentt and the view that comes with it cannot be beat for the price. The apartment was very clean! What I deducted a star for is beyond the hosts fault, but it would have nice to know in the listing. You have to go up 2 sets of stairs to get in the building and there is no elevator. We had a very long day of dealing with airports, crazy traffic, and a tour we had booked before checking in. We also stopped at the grocery store and had a case of water and a few grocery bags on top of our 4 suitcases. We arrived to a very rude valet attendant who made us park our car downhill from the front of the building even though we had all that stuff to get up the stairs and into the building. Then security was rude when we asked if there was a way to get the luggage cart downstairs. Not a good first impression, especially after a long day

First time going to Miami and the place was definitely worth every penny. Shane and Maru were very helpful the whole time I was there. The view was AMAZING!!! and the place was very relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

No stove for cooking or pots/pans only a microwave. Very empty and plain otherwise… the TV was had some fits with the Netflix so it was on and off when trying to watch a show. The AC is always on, it’s chilly in the room and super cold when walking on the tile with your bare feet. The neighbors were quiet and no issues. However, the doors to the unit and surrounding units shut very loudly and it is startling, especially when sleeping, but no complaints otherwise. Very grateful for, & loved the beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach! Nice that laundry is included, however we didn’t end up using it, it is in the lower lobby area. It’s nice that they have a grocery store downstairs for shopping.
