For Parking :
Parking is available at Prisma for free on a first come, first served basis for 3 hours only. After that, you may ask the lobby for pay parking slots as they have contacts of parking slot owners. Parking ranges from 200-500 for 24 hours depending on the price of the slot owner. You can also check pay parking across Shell gas station (we dont have the time and rates yet but that is 1-2 mins drive from Prisma). We can also help you find a slot by posting in the Prisma Parking Chatroom but it depends on availability.

-Cookware is available inside the unit. Please mindful when you are cooking with too much smoke, the CO2 detector will trigger and the guard will come to check.
-Use the range hood for Air vent and light while cooking.

Be careful about using water heater it may burn your skin on a high temperature. Just set in on 34 degrees up to 35 degrees

Pool Access :
Registered Airbnb Guests can use the pool from Monday to Wednesday ONLY from 6am-9pm (4pax for 1BR and 5 pax for 2BR) for 200 pesos per person. Holidays, Fridays, and weekends are exclusive for unit owners only.
Gym Access:
Free for over 30 days stay guests only.
Requirements:

4. Arrival time (Check-in is 2:00 PM onwards and only registered guests are allowed to enter the unit)
