The day after I booked my trip, my car died in my garage. Never thought I would be able to get it fixed before my trip so I had to cancel. They still charged me 50% even though it was less than 24 hours of booking. I was able to get my car fixed so I was told by Sharmaine that if I rebooked the trip for the same dates and they confirmed that I rebooked it, they will give me the complete refund right away. It has been over two weeks and I still have not gotten a response stating that they have processed the refund. I have been given nothing but the runaround. Yes they made an exception to give me a full refund but you can’t tell someone that you’re going to give them a refund immediately after they book again then go back on your word and say that you will refund them after you check out. And then after checkout still not issue a refund. It’s two weeks later and there’s still nothing stating that the refund has been issued. For that alone they should not be trusted ever.
