Apartment in Portoscuso Sardinia (Italy). Recently built semi-basement in a quiet residential area. Being a semi-basement it is still bright, spacious and modern, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Camping cot for children available on request. Now also with outdoor dining area and barbecue. My family and I live in the house above the apartment, however you are completely independent and have your privacy. Parking in front of the house.

The airbnb has everything you need and is really clean. Marelize is a great host. We had an amazing stay.
We had a great stay at Marelizes AirBnB! She and her husband were very friendly and reachable but also very discreet. The apartment was clean and cool (but not cold). It’s a quiet area close to center of Portoscuso. It’s definitely better with a car. Also to reach all the nice spots around. Thanks a lot!! :)
Eine schöne, geräumige Unterkunft. Marelize ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt, sehr gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüht!
nette wohnung, alles da was man braucht. marelize hat uns sofort nette empfehlungen gegeben. das einzige was ein wenig gestört hat war die klospülung und die lautstärke (die familie wohnt oberhalb) sonst alles gut, danke nochmal!
The property was exactly as described; Clean, comfortable, peaceful. Everything needed was available for a lovely visit. Our Host offered numerous options for restaurants and activities. We had a lovely time. Would highly recommend.

New residential area, very quiet and without much traffic. Few minutes from a natural walking trail in natural Mediterranean vegetation and walking /cycling trail at Capo Altano with amazing seaview panorama and view of Carloforte.
2 minutes drive to the Supermarket and center of Portoscuso.

I'm Marelize, married and mother of 3. I've been living in Sardinia for 12 years and fell in love with the crystal clear coast. I am lucky to live walking distance from the beach! I speak fluent English and are always available to help with information etc.
