Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view. The property is bordered by the Sabine National Forest and Toledo Bend Lake. The house was built in the 1940’s and has been renovated and updated. When you open the front door you will step back to the 1940’s with the original rough cut wallboards, refinished wood floors and ceilings, along with retro style appliances.

The house is located at the end of McGee’s Landing near Toledo Bend Lake. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
We are a family owned and operated business. The house is conveniently located 2.5 miles from Fairmount General Store which has anything you can think of for an awesome day on the lake. They also have a Café!
Parking is limited near the house. We ask that you park only two autos near the house and leave your boat trailer at the boat ramp area which is visible from the house. We also have additional parking near the store. The trash bin is a short walk (about 500 feet) down from the house. We ask that you use the trash bin to dispose of all trash and cooled coals before leaving the house. We also have a store with an ice machine ($2.00 per bag) and kayaks available to rent approximately 500 feet from the house.
