This studio apartment features : - Queen size bed - 2 chairs that convert to twin size beds ( for kids only) - Kitchenette - Mini Fridge - Keurig with complementary coffee - Electric Skillet - Microwave - Full Bathroom This condo is on the 3rd floor. No elevator available. Must be able to handle stairs.

This was the perfect getaway! The home was clean and comfortable for the two of us. I loved waking up to the views of boats from the patio each morning and the bed was extremely comfortable and clean. 10/10 would stay here again.

- Destin is about 15 drive over the Destin Bridge ( keep in mind there are bridge tolls to get to Destin)
- Fred Cannon State Park - Playground, boat launch and trails available
- Wet Slip is available for a fee at the Marina. ( you will need to contact Host to plan ahead)
Bluewater Bay Marine is located at the end of Bay drive from HWY 20.
