An easy 5 star rating from my side. The host Denitsa was very easy to communicate with, super friendly and helpful, warm and welcoming. Gave us info and useful tips about the surroundings. Her description of the place matches the reality. The two bathrooms( one on each floor) are rare find. I find the price for this beautiful unit absolutely justified. The combination of all of the above makes Denitsa's place very desirable and convenient. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know what to expect as the place didn’t have any reviews so as the first one I think I owe a review for the absolutely fantastic stay we had. Denny and Boyan are wonderful hosts - quick and easy communication, they said they had just bought the place. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable, great location, in a quiet area. Having two separate bathrooms on two separate floors was so great. I was traveling with my teenage son and it was perfect for us, since everyone had his own bathroom and space. The apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people. Everything was clean, they also had beach chairs and towels to borrow. The kitchen has everything I needed, but my most favorite thing about the apartment was the balcony for the morning coffee. Getting around town on foot is easy - Del Cura and Los Locos beaches are near, city center is about a 15 minute walk. There’s a lot going on in Torrevieja - shopping, restaurants and bars, entertainment. My favorite was Del Cura beach.
