There is direct bus, GO, number 34 at Pearson Airport to this area. Go bus has luggage compartment. Comfortable and fast with reasonable cost. The fare is less than $10. This bus will take you to this area about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.
There are a few stops on the way. You will get off at Yonge and Empress stop. From this stop to the house, it takes 3 minutes walking.
