Floor fans are provided for each of the bedrooms (as well as ceiling fans throughout the house). Open fires outdoors are strictly prohibited during fire bans (the grill and propane fire table can still be used). The firepit near the pond is code-compliant and can be used only when there is no fire band. Please check Teller County Sherrif's website for current restrictions. No parties or events No smoking or vaping inside the home. Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind by other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
