This Airbnb in Rishikesh is a real find! Getting there involves a hike, around 25 minutes, but the sight of the mud house nestled among the mountains, with the Ganga River flowing nearby, makes every step worth it. The mud house is special and cozy, like a living part of nature, far from the busy city vibes we're used to immediately bringing a serene sense of peace. Raghav, the host, was super helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. Meeting locals and trying local food made our stay even more special. If you're longing for a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, this is a must-visit!
Amidst the flowing river Ganga and the abundant mountains with greenery made our stay perfectly fine. The local food such as Maggie (for snack), Rice & daal, Paneer & roti for dinner was too simple & cozy. The helper aunty and helper boy were too good and made it all easy to handle. Thanks Raghav, it was a great experience at your place.
Raghav! I have a feeling your stay is going to be locked in a corner of my memory that’s reserved for those special days & moments of youth that you can spend an eternity reliving without tiring. Waking up to the view of the Ganga, sunlight filtering in on our faces through the linen curtains, eating Aloo Parathas, making coffee, doing simple & mundane but ridiculously wholesome days in the most beautiful mud home anyone would find. Knowing the design & construction story behind this house is a must for anyone coming here to fully appreciate what a feat Raghav has acheived. The house, taking dips in the Ganga, cooking inside the cob oven, dancing & living were my trips highlights, and only have Tiny Farm Lab to thank for it. Truly one of those rare ‘see it to believe it’ kinda places. Cant wait to come back
We chose to stay at this lovely little mud house at the hill top and it was one of the best decisions we made for the trip. The house scream authenticity. It serves a beautiful raw and organic aesthetic. Everything about the house was perfect at both the visual to practical aspects. We trekked for about 25 mins to reach the place and the view and house was worth every effort. The host's personal touch extends beyond the confines of The Mud House, as he guides guests to unforgettable experiences like exploring the nearby river.
This place is just too awesome, it’s a great weekend getaway place for friends and family. Interiors were just too overwhelming and superb, I have never seen anything like this ever. Every minute details in the villa was near to the perfection. Please note one has to trek around 20 mins to reach the villa. Raghav went out of the way to help us in this trek up the hill and made it easy and comfortable by providing us with the porter service. Highly recommend this place!!!
