The space looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It was spotless clean and the space was nicely decorated giving it a personal feel. The host and co-hosts were very responsive and answered any questions I had with detail. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking to stay in downtown.

Everything was perfect with our stay. We loved the pool tables, golf simulator options and pool area with hammocks. The location was close to everything and safe. If we return to Louisville, we would 100% stay here again.

I booked this place last minute for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. It was close to lots of amazing restaurants and wasn’t far from the EXPO Center. The host was very communicative, friendly and nice. The property felt safe and it was very clean. Overall I had an amazing stay. I’d definitely book again.

Located in the heart of downtown, you'll be in the perfect spot for shopping, bourbon tasting, and sightseeing alike. The courtyard of the building insulates the apartment from the hustle and bustle of the city, making the space rather quiet and peaceful!
With the central location of the building, guests can get to plenty of activities by foot! We do recommend a car should guests choose to venture outside of the downtown area, but city buses or uber would also do the trick!
