Located in an evolving district in central Riga, 2.2km from the Old town (30min walk). Nearby You can find many hidden gems of Riga, like fancy restaurants and artistic bars with decent pricing, You will be provided with a map, to get the best of your stay. Bus stop to the Old town is at the entrance of the building. Free parking The apartment is completely renovated and has everything for a comfortable stay - comfortable mattress, linens, towels. You'll have free high speed internet, as well as Smart TV to stream your favorite background music or watch movies. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pans & pots, dishes & glasses. All windows have black-out roller blinds. Bathroom with a shower, hair-dryer, washing machine, iron and clothes rack will be at your service. Free parking for each apartment inside the yard, behind closed gates! (You will have a remote for the gates, so You can come and go as You like). Baby travel bed & high chair is possible on request!

Fresh and clean apartment with nice interior. Kitchen with all the supplies, that you might need for cooking. Cozy bedroom with good soundproof, so guests can rest. Perfect for two people staying.
Very nice and clean apartment. New and good quality furniture as well as kitchen accessories. Bathroom beautiful and very clean. Private parking in a fenced yard. Karlis was easy to reach if needed.

This apartment is located in a fast developing district in central Riga. We have 3 grocery stores in less than 2 minute walk. There are 2 public parks to take a walk or morning run. 5min walk away is the Riga's biggest children playground. Within 10min walk You can find lot of places to dine with excellent food and fair pricing and a variety of pubs&bars for every taste. In our apartment You will find a takeaway map with all the places around worth visiting!
Public bus stop at the entrance of the building that You can use to go to the Old town and back - the numbers of buses You can use, will be written on your takeaway map! Also mobile applications, like "Bolt" taxi services are very common in Riga (~5 Euro till the old town). Enjoy your stay!
