This unique and tasteful apartment is conveniently located in a quiet yet central part of Palermo just off Via Vittorio Emanuele. You can walk pretty much anywhere in twenty minutes or less. The beautiful frescoes in the bedroom truly make the place special, and the balcony is lovely. I spent six weeks in this apartment and was very content there; it was a great home base for exploring Palermo. There’s a pleasant cafe in the small piazza just outside the building. Giusi was always responsive whenever I needed anything. The apartment doesn’t get a lot of natural light. The host has addressed this by installing a SAD lamp in the living room, but if you’re hoping to lounge in the sun, this may not be the apartment for you. On the plus side, it stays cool. I suggest bringing house shoes to wear inside, as the stairs are made of a rough, corrugated metal that can be uncomfortable to walk on. Overall, I was happy to call this place home during my stay in Palermo, and I warmly recommend it!

Amazing flat in the city center. Perfect location to do everything on foot. The flat has all you need, especially in the kitchen, which is not often the case. The little balcony for the morning coffee is a bonus! Giusi was always available and helpful. I will definitely come back here the next time!

Giusi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war auch während des Aufenthalts immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sehr gut abgesichert, beste Lage ganz zentral in der Altstadt, alles fußgängig zu erreichen. Das Appartement weist eine schöne Architektur auf, ist modern und doch mit stimmungsvollen hostorischen Elementen wie dem sichtbaren Holzwerk des Dachstuhls und den Wandfresken im Schlafbereich geschmückt. Ein kleiner Balkon über einer ruhigen Seitengasse kann bei schönem Wetter für 2 Personen genutzt werden. Ein Außenaufzug für Personen und Gepäck ist vorhanden. Giusi ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I spent one of the happiest months of my life in Giusi's beautiful apartment. The space is gorgeous and very well situated in the heart of the historic centre. All major tourist sites are within walking distance and many wonderful restaurants and bars are nearby. Guisi is a very warm, friendly host who was always available to help with any question I had. Thank you Giusi for a fantastic stay. Grazie mille!

This was a great place to stay for a month. Giusi is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is really nice--good amenities like washing machine, kitchen stuff, heat, TV. It's also quiet and private. No street noise or traffic. The best thing is the location right in the heart of Palermo's old historic center --literally two blocks from Quattro Canti. All of Palermo's main attractions are close by. We didn't use the train but the apartment is short walk away. Great experience all around.
