Vanderkamp is a neighborhood all by itself, but if you would like to venture off property there are several local restaurants, a grocery store, horse stables, and golf courses within 10-15 minutes of the property. If you want to explore a bigger lake there are a few boat rental facilities on Oneida Lake.
Vanderkamp is located on 850 Acres north of Oneida Lake. You can enter the property from one of two ways. The Martin Rd entrance or the highly recommended mile Forest Drive that winds through the wooded property and past Vanderkamp Lake before turning down the drive to Grace Manor. Parking is right in front of the lodge. Guests can use the property to hike, borrow a canoe, play volleyball or yard games, build a bonfire, and watch the sunset over the lake. While at VK you and the limited other guests are the stewards of this magical place. Property Maps will be available after booking.
