Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Sardinia in this very comfortable house a stone's throw from the sea. The house is located in a quiet and private area just 200 meters from the beach. The perimeter of the house is completely fenced, with an entrance to the private garden and a large parking area. The house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a welcoming living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a fantastic terrace with a comfortable table for pleasant outdoor meals and a large garden with outdoor shower and barbecue. DOUBLE BEDROOM Large and bright double bedroom, equipped with a Queen size bed, night tables and lamps for each side of the bed, a generous wardrobe, double chest of drawers and a mirror. TWIN BED ROOM The second bedroom, also very spacious, is equipped with two single beds, night tables and lamps for each side of the bed, double wardrobe, an additional chest of drawers and a mirror. BATHROOM Fully equiped bathroom with sink and an illuminated mirror, a spacious shower and a tub. LIVING ROOM Large and bright living room equipped with a practical sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi connection. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and eating, including: oven, microwave, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine "A modo mio", fridge, freezer, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen knives, cutting boards, pots, pans etc. TERRACE The house has a beautiful terrace for pleasant outdoor meals, with a comfortable table that can seat up to 6 people. GARDEN The large garden has a comfortable outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach, and a barbecue for delicious grills. At your disposal, included in the booking, you'll have a set of bed linen and towels for each guest, essentials, drinking water and everything you need for your stay.

Matta E Peru is a small village in Budoni, a very quiet, private and low-traffic place. The beach and the pine forest are easily reachable on foot and on the seafront there is a path for walking and exploring the coast.
Just 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of Budoni where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and more.
In the evening, during the summer period, you can take pleasant walks along the main street of Budoni (via Nazionale), among stalls and various bars, where there will be lots of music and you can drink, eat and have fun. Numerous events will be organized in Piazza Giubileo.

The house is located in a strategic area to reach the most evocative places and the most beautiful beaches on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia.
Starting from Matta E Peru, going in a southerly direction, the first town you will find is Posada (5km) and its small medieval village with the Castello della Fava on top, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view, and its beautiful beaches like the one of Orvile.
The small town of Torpè (8.5km) with one of the best preserved Nuraghi in the area, the Nuraghe San Pietro.
San Giovanni (9km) and its tower overlooking the sea.
La Caletta (10km), known for its port and its large beach.
The town of Siniscola (12km), where the grandeur of Montalbo dominates the landscape.
Santa Lucia (16km) has a beautiful beach surrounded by a pine forest, where there is also an ancient tower.
Capo Comino (26km) loved for its mix of white sand, turquoise sea and Mediterranean greenery, and the enormous dunes, among the largest on the east coast.
Going north, the first town you will come across is Budoni (5km), full of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops of all kinds, banks, pharmacies, a petrol station, an outdoor fitness area, a playground for children and much more.
Among the most beautiful white sand beaches of Budoni we find the beach of Porto Ainu, Sant'Anna, Sa Capannizza, Salamaghe, a beach for dogs called Fido Beach and the beach of Ottiolu, the latter with various bars and restaurants along the pedestrian street, for suggestive walks among the boats in the small port.
San Teodoro (20km), the sunny Gallura village full of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, where you will be spoiled for choice among its splendid beaches with turquoise sea, such as L'Isuledda, La Cinta, L'Impostu , Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo or the Spiaggia delle Vacche di Cala Girgolu.
Porto San Paolo (30km), the closest port to the majestic Isola Di Tavola, where you can rent a dinghy or go on boat excursions in the protected marine area of Tavolara, characterized by uncontaminated nature, dream beaches with clear waters, seabed spectacular, unique plant and animal species such as Posidonia Oceanica, bottlenose dolphins and sea turtles.
Olbia airport (40km) is about 30 minutes away by car.
