This cozy retreat will also feature a reading nook for relaxation and a custom-made arcade console with over 1,000 preloaded games! Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. Featuring a large granite island and a coffee bar stocked with flavored syrups. The dining table will have seating for 10 and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 – A king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a big screen TV, and direct access to the back deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Outdoor Living – Outdoor seating for 6, a large day bed swing, outdoor dining for 10 (the table even doubles as a ping pong table!) a gas fireplace, an outdoor kitchen area, a big screen TV, and a private hot tub. The backyard is a playground of its own, featuring string lights that illuminate the area so that the fun doesn’t have to stop when the sun goes down. Enjoy playing horseshoes while your kids explore the custom play set complete with a climbing wall, swing set, and spider swings. In front of the house, a porch swing and multiple Adirondack chairs offer a picturesque spot to watch the sunrise or unwind with a book. General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee.
