Comfortable private room, walking distance to the public beach, conveniently located near the mall, shops, Pera Padala centers, bargain stores and restaurants. W/ beach acess, so feel free to frolic in the sun or go fishing as a relaxation. Just to note, this is nearby the beach so during summertime its very humid and dusty, as for the dust, I personally sweep the floor and mop them multiple times in a day, and we only have AC in each room. This is a private room in the house with shared kitchen and shared living room. Owner lives in the property.
