Surrounded by green the house is furnished with a well-finished garden and swimmingpool. The house, usually called "la torretta" for its structure, is built on a old cattle shed mantaining the original structure made by tuff. In the garden area you will also find a built-in bbq made in cotto tile and white marble for very special evening grills. The place is perfect for couples, a group of friends or families. The house is organized on 3 different floors: - ground floor: nice big built-in kitchen equipped also with a proper wood oven, spacious living room open on the kitchen with a terra cotta chimney, small room with sofabed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. -1st floor: double bedroom with fascinating view on the whole garden and surrounding green hills and a bathroom. _2nd floor: small loft with a double bed and a single bed.

Meilleure maison de vacances du monde ! C'est une vraie maison de famille, avec tout ce qu'il faut dans les placards. Nous avons vécu à l'extérieur pendant une semaine : l'espace extérieur est parfaitement aménagé et bien ombragé, préparer les repas au barbecue (double foyer) est un vrai plaisir tant il est bien pensé, et la grande piscine est idéale pour une famille, les marches et le petit bain sont parfaits pour des enfants (2 et 6 ans en ce qui nous concerne). Tout est très bien pensé et très bien équipé ! Seul le wifi nous a manqué, la connexion 4G étant très difficile. Une belle occasion de déconnecter ! (Et d'aller faire une dégustation dans les vignes juste à côté, au Tenuta Tralice, vous ne pourrez pas être mieux reçus !)

It has been a great amasemwnt about both thw villa and thw subtle service. We really had a fantastic time at the site and also seeing the beatyfull surroundings including Alvignano, Caiazzo, Saint' Agata de' Goti and several more. Not mentioning Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompei and even te east cost of Italia (Termoli). It is the place, where we would like to come back.

The house is great, specially the swimming pool! It is a very private property, with a lot of outdoor space. It has a large covered patio, with a lot of seating and tables. The swimming pool is large, with lots of sunbathing chairs around it. There is also a large area to park the car, within closed gates for safety. The inside is rustic, but comfortable, with everything you need to spend your holidays there. Pino and his family are very welcoming and ready to help with anything you need. My family had a lovely time there!

Great location as a hub to explore the area. Quiet with an awesome pool to get us through the heatwave during our time there. Those accustomed to AC may find it a challenge but was okay for me as the fans were fine at night. Pino was an awesome host.

Great base to explore and pino the owner was great in getting us a load of bottled water the water supply in the area stopped. Pool was a blessing as the weather was extremely hot.

The house is located in a quite country area but close few minutes by car to all kind of services.
Just 500 mt away is possible to find "Il Caseificio il Casolare" supplying mozzarella di bufala to most of the best pizza place in the area.
The small Borgo of Caiazzo is close 3 km where is also located the famous pizzeria "Pepe in grani".

For all art lovers near the city are also located the old silk factory of "San Leucio", the fascinating old Borgo of "Casertavecchia" and the ancient amphitheater of S.Maria Capua Vetere, 2nd for dimension just to the Colosseo.
