This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, Mayo Patients and their families. It is so close to all Mayo Clinic buildings and downtown Rochester but nestled in the most peacefull and best neighborhood of Rochester City. This house is located on 1.2 acre lot in the middle of the town. Big yards all around the house, Huge deck, patios, fire pit etc. Entire house was beautifully remodeled recently.

The place looks like the pictures and clean. Very spacious for the 9 of us. Qamar was very responsive and helped out with our stay there to be comfortable by setting up an additional mattress downstairs as requested and additional blankets and pillows too. Also they were flexible with our check out time. The reason for a 4 vs 5 star is the broken window and the hot and cold water for some of the sink/shower/tub were reversed with hot on the right and cold on the left with incorrect labeling. Need to be careful especially with young kids staying there.
