Overall, the stay was nice. You can tell the place was fairly new, and there was plenty of room for my party of four. Also, the hosts were very responsive and communicative. I would book again if in the area. A few things to note: * There are stairs, three floors of them. It was ok for my family but may be a problem for individuals with mobility limitations. * The “kids” room with twin beds is on the bottom floor which may be a problem for families with smaller kids as the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor * The neighbor isn’t very scenic, but I did feel relatively safe * Unit A is right by the road and you can hear the traffic—not great if you’re a light sleeper * There is a washer & dryer, but you must supply your own laundry detergent. I didn’t bring any as typically there’s some on-hand for a few nights stay

The house was very clean and spacious. Great location it wasn’t far from downtown. Victoria was always available for any questions and responded to messages very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Victoria was fantastic though out this total process. Our family suffered a significant loss in my brother in law. She was on top of everything though out this whole ordeal. We were grieving and dealing with his affairs and she made everything extremely easy! This place is extremely and well maintained. Tastefully decorated and nestled just outside of Downtown Nashville. My wife is a clean freak and she came in the Air BnB and didn’t freak out, which is fantastic for me! She usually needs extra assist with cleaning. None was needed here! Victoria was extremely emphatic and sympathetic to our needs! Thank for being so understanding during our families time of need.
