Trying to leave a genuine review based on my experience. Overall a 2/5 stars - leaving 2 stars since Brett kept professional tone throughout our convos & the unit itself has a beautiful view and furnish. However, our stay was extremely dampened (end up leaving earlier than booked) mainly due to inconsistent access to the unit (lock issue) & rude front desk staff. No key fob to the building was provided (odd), which left us dependent on the front desk staff for building & elevator access. Many times the front desk wouldn’t allow us upstairs to the unit b/c “Air BnBs are ILLEGAL in this building” and we shouldn’t be here. I let Brett know of this multiple times but this issue continued to persist. When I finally got Air BnB involved they mentioned the host had communicated this issue was resolved as we were moved to a new unit (false). The bathrooms were also not properly cleaned when we arrived and there seemed to be a few maintenance issues, but Brett proactively worked on this.

Truly a beautiful stay. We had some change of plans and needed a place to stay pretty quickly. Loved the view, apartment, as well as building. My 2 friends and I were visiting and we had a lovely experience with Brett. Highly recommend!

The place was fabulous with mesmerizing views of downtown. It was clean and had all amenities in it. The beds were comfortable, the cutlery and dishes were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. The entry lock and showers can use a bit of work though. The lock is a bit tight to get into but that is very trivial I would say, since you got to loosen a bit before turning. The shower in master however has very less force and could use a bit of rework. Apart from that everything else was pristine and we would love to come here again
