The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed.  These bedrooms share a second bathroom while there is a half bath in the hallway.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room which is perfect for children. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen and living area.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for preparing wonderful meals and making family memories. Out on the balcony there is ample seating for everyone while watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Starting June 1st, 2023, the HOA will be charging $40 per vehicle for parking and all vehicles in your party must be registered to park at Beach Club. To ensure a hassle-free arrival, kindly register your vehicles with Crye* Leike Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals so that we can register them with the Beach Club. Per the HOA, you will not be allowed past the guard shack if your vehicle is not registered. The Beach Club offers 4 pools, and tennis courts.  There’s even a salon should you want to be pampered for a night out on the town. Enjoy one of 3 restaurants on the grounds or enjoy the the Village Lawn where Food Trucks frequent in the busy season. There is a playground inside the gates as well as a hiking trail and a fantastic sidewalk between the resort and the beach that allows you to quickly go from one building to the next with little effort.  There are multiple boardwalks that take you out to the beach where you will finally have time to enjoy the BEACH, the WATER and the TRANQuility that you hoped for when you made your plans to come here. All guest reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00per vehicle per stay. The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club:  RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups) Trailers  Buses  Boats and jet skis  Off road vehicles *Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.
