Host met us and was very friendly and helpful. The beautiful big living room opening out to a balcony with a spectacular view 180 degree view (18th Floor allows that) of the sea as well as the skyline of Pattaya hit us big time. Out on the balcony were 10 cushioned chairs and a few tables to allow us to relax in the evening while enjoying a nice bottle of wine as well as other drinks. We stopped at Central to load up with goodies. In the morning drinking my Italian coffee freshly brewed on my Bialetti moka stove top, with my red velvet cake from Central and overlooking the sea in my cushioned chair from the balcony is something so rare.

This is a great condo - the minute you walk in to the spacious living room and walk to the huge balcony - wow! Amazing views, great breeze, great feeling. Also love the location. This is not party central but is exactly what we wanted for a family stay. Several nice beach bars/restaurants at all price points within walking distance. Nice pool at the condo as well. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Would come back here again.
