This brand new cottage comprises of 1 bedroom ,2.5 bathrooms (Main ensuite) open plan kitchen and living area. The place is fully walled and gated and has borehole water. The number of Guests shall be in accordance with those stated on the booking details. Additional Guests/visitors not permitted and will result in fines being issued to the guest. The cottage has a right to refuse access for people who are not members of the booking. Other things to note: - No Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events Only guests booked are strictly allowed entry onto the premises. -Please consider the neighbours and keep the noise level down. -No pets allowed - This is not a serviced apartment. We offer complimentary cleaning once a week if your stay is for more than 7 days. Should you require cleaning services in between, this will incur an extra charge . Cleaning equipment and appliances such as a broom, mop and washing machine are provided. The cottage is professionally cleaned between each guest stay. This involves sanitising all kitchen surfaces, mopping and sanitising tiled floors, cleaning bathrooms, changing towels, changing of linen, dusting and polishing of furniture. - The cottage is self-catering To help get you started we provide you with a small quantity of tea, coffee and sugar, as well as some hand and body wash , dishwashing liquid, a lined kitchen bin, One new roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We will replenish these once a week if your stay is for longer than 7 days. - Load shedding (Blackouts occur throughout Zimbabwe at different times and that is beyond our control. The cottage you are staying in has backup power provided through an automatic switchover generator which has capacity to power the lights and TV. We do not provide candles for safety and fire hazard reasons. We recommend you ensure that your mobile/cell phone is charged as much as possible. You may need to use your cell phone torch to see, in the unlikely event of backup power failure. - Prepaid Electricity We will top up electricity on your behalf (up to $30 per month). Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any problems with electricity. - Gas Stove Your cottage has a gas stove. If you are using the stove regularly, please check the level of the gas tank by checking the gauge. We also do this after every check out, but we are unable to monitor your usage and therefore if you are using it, please ensure that you check the level and alert us if you feel that it's almost empty. (Please clean it before you use it and clean it after you use it). - Unforeseen circumstances Zimbabwe is a developing economy - from time to time (thankfully not often) you may experience water outages and restrictions as well as problems with the fibre line. All faults are logged, and we rely on service providers to rectify the problems. The outage does not generally last very long and we will try our best to keep you updated on the progress of the repairs. - All appliances are checked before your check in and confirmed working. However, breakages may occur outside of our control. Should an appliance not be working during your stay - Please let us know and we will have the repairs done as soon as reasonably possible. We will assist you in all ways possible if this does happen. We check to ensure that the TV is operating and signed in before you check in. In case the TV signs out, please let us know and we will get you signed back in as soon as possible. - Reservations and changes. Reservations may not be changed within 10 days of your arrival date. Changes within the 10 days before arrival will not be accepted. One change may be made to your reservation if your arrival date is more than 10 days away. Additional nights may be added to your original booking, subject to availability at time of request. All cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy. -We only provide one key for guests. We do not have spare keys for guests. If you lose your keys, please note that a fee will be charged to replace the keys. We wish you a pleasant and enjoyable stay!!
