Guests can enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning in the living room, TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse and three bicycles, which are extremely useful for enjoying the Pearl of the Adriatic and its splendid seafront. The apartment is completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought out to welcome you in a clean and comfortable location. Its optimal location provides easy access to all the main services: supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. Prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning. In the municipality of Grottammare a tourist tax is applied from 1 July to 31 August, to be paid at check-in, equal to € 1 per person per day for the first 6 days and children under 12 years are exempt.
