Perfect place / perfect host ! Good flat to enjoy yerevan and surroundings

We returned for another stay to Levon's place, see my other review too. We love the apartment and Levon as a kind and thoughtful host and just a good person. And we will return again in the future!

We loved our stay at Levon's place! We always felt we are taken care of and can approach the host. Levon was thoughtful and often inquired if everything is ok or if we need anything. The location was also perfect - right by the house a bus stop with busses to almost everywhere in town and lots of convenience stores around and a huge supermarket just in 2 bus stops (or a nice walk over a bridge). The apartment is spacious and light, with many amenities you will need and a nice balcony with a view. And of course we appreciated the welcome Cognac Levon has thoughtfully prepared for us :)

Right from the start I loved this flat! It's bright and spacious and clean, with a balcony that offers a great view over Yerevan. It was also very pleasant and cool during the hot summer days. The welcome I received from Levon was great. It included a bottle of Armenian brandy. But best of all, Levon was flexible when my plans changed, about the possibility of leaving luggage temporarily, and about the checkout time. He was really quick to communicate and always pleasant to deal with. Thanks, Levon! I would definitely book again and would encourage others to stay, too.
