Es un bonito lugar para quedarse y tiene una bonita vista del mar. Lo unico q no me gusto que la Sra. Nydia no me notificó q debía llevar papel higiénico, papel toalla y bolsas de basura adicional pq lo q había en la casa era de cortesía y se nos acabo. Nosotros eramos 13 personas en la casa. De todo lo demás, todos estaba bien y la casa estaba limpia.

Lugar accesible. Cómodo y seguro para pasar tiempo con la familia. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Had an overall okay stay. The house itself was clean and perfect for 9 guests, most of us had our own bed. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view and the bathrooms are very modern. Only reason I wouldn’t give this listing 5 stars is because the host failed to provide the instructions for the parking. Listing had said that there was parking available on premises, only to see that the house did not have proper parking nor a pavemented driveway. We parked in a spot in front and the host’s neighbor got aggressive by screaming at me and called the police to give us a parking ticket. The police mentioned that it wasn’t the first time airbnb guests have parked in that spot before and it is apparently an on going battle between the host and the neighbor. The host refused to be accountable for the lack of communication regarding the parking spot and she removed the “Parking on premises” amenity from the AirBnB listing the following day.

It was hard to get up to the house. YOU need a ATV vehicle or a vehicle. Golf carts can't make it up the VERY steep hill. Our elders could not make it up the hill. You have ocean views, not ocean front. It accommodated all 15 ppl. nicely. Bring your own toilet paper. We had to go buy some, ONLY what's at the house is all that is provided to you as a convenience. Stores close at 5 p.m. Super Market closes at 7 p.m. and we were able to buy some. Also bring your own shampoo's etc. We had to ask for extra towels to accommodate our large group. I would stay again at this house now that I know these details. It was comfortable and very nice. Steep steps to get up to the 3rd level, elders did ok. Thank YOU for providing us this nice stay.

Fuimos un grupo de 12 y la pasamos genial de principio a fin. Los cuartos son tal como están descritos y los baños son cómodos al igual que los lugares de estar. La cocina tiene de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, e incluso nos dejaron repelente de mosquitos por si se nos olvidaba. Nydia siempre estuvo atenta a los mensajes para aclarar dudas o responder preguntas de una manera muy amable. Hay estacionamiento frente a la casa y es una zona tranquila. No es apta para personas con impedimentos motores por que hay que subir muchas escaleras y los escalones para los cuartos son bastante altos. Lo único que me privó de darle 5 estrellas es que la limpieza de los aires acondicionados y el polvo en los cuartos pudo haber estado mejor ya que algunos tuvieron alergia todo el tiempo que estuvieron dentro de la casa. A pesar de esto, en general mi experiencia fue excelente y está muy recomendado.
