Great place to stay If you are going to an event at the Fiserv Forum. Place was very clean and comfortable. you may want to bring your own bedding if you plan to use the air mattress as there was just one extra blanket for the pull out bed.

Place is very close to Fiserv Forum. The main reason we chose this place. But there were definitely some issues with this stay. The biggest thing was a random guy walking in unannounced saying he was a maintenance worker saying he needed to unlock a door in our room? That was very unsettling. One bathroom door won’t latch and the other bathroom had a burned out electrical outlet which made things awkward for the three of us. The little bit of carpet in this place is stained and needs replaced. I also misplaced my AirPods here and the host says they weren’t found but the find my iPhone app shows them still there. Definitely makes me question how well they clean this place. The value was good so if that’s important to you, this place works. If you want better security and cleanliness, maybe look for other locations.

TLDR: Avoid if you’re here on business/need to get a good nights rest. Stayed here for a conference at the Wisconsin center. The place is a quick walk there which made things convenient. However, that’s the extent of the positives here. The place seemed clean but after further inspection, some red flags arose. There was a ton of glitter and residue on the hidden section of the pull out couch and some kind of stain on my pillow sheet. Although it is close to the center of a lot of things in Milwaukee, it is right above a noisy bar/pizza place and adjacent to a club. You won’t be getting much sleep here because you will be hearing the music from the bar below and noise from everyone in the street. The windows were also very drafty and made the room freezing cold in the night.
