Francesco & Cinzia were fabulous hosts, who freely imparted their local knowledge of Mondello & Sicily as a whole. Their apartment within this amazing home was just perfect for our relaxing trip. Cinzia’s little touches, such croissants & water on arrival are a reflection of her attention to detail. Situated right beside the glorious turquoise beach of Mondello, we were within walking distance of various restaurants and cafes. The local bus that brought us to Palermo was only a 5 minute walk. We can’t wait to return and listen to the your rendition of the lullaby of bird land Francesco ! Ciao Lorna & Tom

Francesco und Cynthia sind vollendete Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und das Zimmer ebenfalls. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Holzarbeiten sind fantastisch! Man hat alles was man braucht. Danke!

Super vriendelijk ontvangst van de gastvrouw en later ook kennisgemaakt met de gastheer. Prachtige locatie, aan het mooiste strand van Palermo. Eettentjes en barretjes op loopafstand. Met een dikke pluim voor Taverne Da Piero, heerlijk gegeten! Goede tips van de gastheer over wat te gaan doen en bekijken. Alles was aanwezig in de prachtige studio op een hele rustige locatie op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goede vakantie. Aanrader!!

This is a unique stay in a private property. There is some shared space within the considerable ownership, however you have your own privacy and it feels good to be sitting in the garden surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation. The studio is 'designed 'and 'functional' and perfect for a family of 3. Mondello is a 'niche' cute resort only 25min drive from Palermo, with great supermarkets, delis, restaurants and cafes all within walking distant from the accommodation, which is literally across the road from the fine sandy beach - which is to die for! This makes it great for parents with kids or weekenders in general. The sound of the waves, the 'promenade', the lights of the bay after sunset, the drinks by the beach.. what a wonderful place! We have very much enjoyed personally meeting Cinzia and Francesco - delightful people and inspiring hosts. We had a very pleasant time at their place and would have loved to stay longer! Alessandro
