The unit itself was nice enough. I really have no complaints other than the unit we got wasn't thw same as the unit posted in the ad and the fact it said amenities included washer and dryer, which I took to mean in the unit, it was a washer and dryer for the entire property.

Classic multi unit bait and switch location. The unit we stayed in was definitely not one of the "renovated" units in the listing. Unless a coat of paint on the walls and cabinets qualifies as renovated. It was not as advertised "a home away from home." We were also charged significantly more than the listed price. It was listed at $65 a night and we were charged over $90 a night. I would jot recommend staying at this property or with these owners on any future visit to Guam.

The price you see on the booking site is not the price you will pay. She does a bait and switch with pricing. In my case, we booked almost three months early and got charged for "seasonal rates". The water pressure is low and nasty left a rusty / slimy film in my CPAP. Charges a premium for cleaning, and you still have to take out the trash. Other than that... there are beds, dishes and appliances. They do not maintain the "balcony" and do not even have a decent line for hanging / drying your beach wear... Island / Beach / Swimwear???
