What an beautiful house! We loved the decor and overall vibe. Everything was pristine and brand new. Amazing attention to detail from the host, Arwen. She had thought of everything and went above and beyond! Our boys loved the toys and puzzles and the cute loft space. The deck is awesome - the bbq grill was fabulous and we ate in a couple of nights so we could just enoy the amazing view. We saw seals in the water and eagles in the skies! Thank you SO much for an incredible stay!!! I can't recommend this place enough!

Arwen's Place exceeded all our expectations and then some! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making this a perfect getaway spot. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. One of the standout features was the availability of kayaks, which added an extra layer of fun and adventure to our trip. Although we didn’t get around to using them, it was great knowing they were there for us. The view of the water was simply breathtaking, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout our stay. The property is incredibly kid-friendly, which made our family trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Arwen has truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home and well taken care of. We can't wait to come back and take advantage of all the wonderful amenities next time!

What a magical & peaceful getaway! Groovy Lagoon is styled to perfection with the most fun theme and decor. The kitchen is well stocked and you’ll find the home matches the description and then some. There is nothing quite like having coffee out on the deck overlooking the lagoon or kayaking at sunset. Nature surrounds you in this oasis and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for being such a great host, Arwen! You really went above and beyond making this an unforgettable place.

This place was marvelous. Let me actually start with the outside: The house is in a spectacular location right on the waterfront. We took the kayaks out several times and saw a lot of birds, including eagles. We also saw some cute otters at one point. It’s a very calm and protected area to paddle - super peaceful. Remember to check the tides so you know how big the beach will be! We had driven up to a shellfish farm nearby, so we had fresh oysters while sitting on the amazing deck. From the deck, you can see the water - and we ended up spending hours out there. In June, the sun doesn’t go down until very late, so it was just awesome. The house is, in fact, “groovy” with a fun theme (but not over the top). The kitchen was well equipped for our salmon and oyster dinner. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Quiet and peaceful. Lastly, shoutout to the host, Arwen, who was super nice & welcoming. She’s clearly put a lot of love into the house and wants guests to have a good time.
